Hollongi, Nov 13: Arunachal Chief Secretary Dharmendra, along with senior officers of the state government, on Sunday reviewed the preparations for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s proposed visit to Itanagar (Hollongi) on November 19 next.
The Prime Minister is scheduled to inaugurate the newly-built Donyi Polo Airport, Itanagar on Saturday next.
Dharmendra  reviewed the security arrangements with the state police and the Central intelligence representatives and asked them “to ensure no security lapse” during the visit.
The Chief Secretary also directed the officials of the civil aviation, Airport Authority and the construction agency to leave no stone unturned for ensuring a successful inaugural program.
He then inspected the Airport terminal and  the site where the inaugural program of the airport is scheduled to be held in the coming week.
Dr. Sharat Chauhan, Principal Secretary, Sonam Chombay, Commissioner to CM, Swapnil M Naik, Secretary Civil Aviation, Ajay Kumar Bisht, Secretary IPR,  Sachin Rana, DC PapumPare and Onyok Pertin, Director, IPR among others accompanied the Chief Secretary.
