DAPORIJO, Aug 11:The district administration, Daporijo on Friday felicitated Upper Subansiri football team, who emerged champion in the recently concluded state level Subroto cup tournament held in Itanagar.

Appreciating the team for bringing laurels for the district, Deputy Commissioner, AK Singh exhorted the players to practice harder for forthcoming Subroto Cup to be held in New Delhi from September next and assured to give every possible help from the district administration.

 DDSE, Tape Jeram, ZPM, Tayom Motu also spoke on the occasion and wished the players success in the main event.
