ITANAGAR, Jun 15: The month-long film festival organized by Children’s Film Society of India (CFSI), in association with Cinedarbaar organized in Arunachal Pradesh titled “CFSI Film Bonanza” successfully concluded at Namsai in Namsai district recently with participation of thousands of students.
The children had an enriching experience with workshops, film screenings, quizzing with gifts for participation. The Children’s Film Bonanza was also organized at various schools of Pasighat in East Siang district and Roing in Lower Dibang valley.
“We have been very active in bringing high-quality children’s entertainment to the North East by way of exposing them to CFSI films for the last few years. We have seen many creative personnel from North East, being involved in various film making projects,” said Shravan Kumar, CEO, CFSI, on successful completion of the festival.
CFSI is committed to strengthening the children’s film movement within India and promoting Indian produced children films across the globe. The festival also travelled states of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh and Mizoram, he stated.
