ITANAGAR, Jun 4: Capital Police collected at least Rs Rs 3.29 Lakhs and seized 38 vehicles from traffic violators in a single day during Mass MV checking on Saturday.
Checking was carried out by the Capital Traffic Police led by DySP Traffic PN Jomoh assisted by Traffic team, ASP(P) Anurag Diwedi IPS, SDPO Itanagar K Sikom, DySp(P) M Bole & R Obing, SI SS Jha SI LB Chetry and teams.
Meanwhile, Capital Police has requested the public to ensure they prepare proper documentation of their vehicles and follow traffic rules for their own safety. Let’s make our capital roads safe together by following traffic laws and rules, said SP-ICR, Jimmy Chiram.
