PASIGHAT, Jun 15: Friends of Eighties (FoE), a local self help group (SHG) engaged in philanthropic activities was today awarded with a Letter of Appreciation for donating oxygen cylinders and supplying free oxygen for a full month for the Covid-19 patients at Dedicated Covid Hospital, Pasighat.
The Letter of Appreciation was handed over to FoE in a small function held here at the Bakin Pertin General Hospital by Joint Director (T&R) Dr Dukum Raina. Commending the humanitarian gesture, Dr Raina informed that the free oxygen has contributed to the recovery of many critical Covid-19 patients of East Siang and other districts of Eastern Arunachal. Among others, MS, BPGH Dr YR Darang, President, FoE Group Captain Mohonto Panging Pao (Retd.), Secretary Botem Koyu and FoE member Tapang Nonang were present. DIPRO
