PASIGHAT, Sep 19: Adi Baane Kebang (ABK), Youth Wing organized a blood donation camp at the Bakin Pertin General Hospital, Pasighat on Saturday in collaboration with AYANG, an NGO popularly known for organizing blood donation. 
Chairperson, AYANG, Aini Taloh, ABK (Apex) president Er. Getom Borang and Secretary General Okom Yosung were also present to motivate and inspire the youths and wished the youths to lead healthy life. 
In their message, the trio extended their gratitude to ABKYW President (Apex) Joluk Minung and president and general secretary of East Siang unit Manning Moyong and Asteem Muang respectively for organizing the camp adding that “donating blood is truly a service to mankind as it helps precious human lives and as well as keeps donors healthy”. They further lauded the hospital authority JDHS Dr. D. Raina, MS Dr. YR Darang Senior pathologist Dr. Gegong Jonkey and his team for coordination and assistance. 
ABKYW also extended thanks to the donors and AYANG and hospital fraternity. Reportedly 68 volunteers were present to donate blood but 13 units could be collected during the daylong camp. All donors were medically tested and allowed by the pathologists before donating blood.  DIPRO
