ITANAGAR, Apr 12:

 

The volunteers of Arunachal Natural Endowment Charitable Trust (ANECT) today carried out awareness rally on motorcycles in a bid to create awareness among public about importance of environment and its protection.

The volunteers travelled a total distance of 50 Kilometers covering capital complex, Poma Panchayat, Jote Panchayat in their motorcycles. They also distributed sapling of various tree species on their way to schools and residents.

The rally culminated at government school Yadang wherein few local volunteers along with public conducted a mass tree plantation.
