ITANAGAR, Sep 3:Apatani Youth Association has congratulated Hage Kojeen IAS on being appointment as Chief State Election Commissioner by the Government of Arunachal Pradesh.

Mr Kojeen has brilliant record as administrator and tremendous experiences in various capacities in government. He is founder member of Apatani Youth Association 1974 and Apatani Student Union and also associated with various social organisation of the community.

We extend our gratitude to Chief Minister Pema Khandu for having faith on him and his acumen by appointing him as the Chief State Election Commissioner, the association said in a release.
