ITANAGAR, Mar 23: Asserting that non-availability of cash in all ATMs under twin capital city is causing inconvenience and immense hardships to citizens, the All Arunachal Contractor’s Welfare Association (AACWA) in a release has urged the state government in particular Finance Minister and Commissioner Finance to issue strong directives to all banks to make available cash in their ATMS as early as possible.

Underscoring that Capital Complex being the centre of all business and other activities, all kind of modern amenities should be working 24 hours, AACWA further lamented that tourists visiting the state capital are the worst sufferers.
