ITANAGAR, Feb 28:  All Arunachal Pradesh Saakshar Bharat Mission Employee Association has demanded immediate release of 17 months pending honorarium to employees. In a representation addressed to Minister Education, the association sought his intervention in releasing the pending payments to its rightful beneficiaries.

It further also urged the Minister to look into the other genuine demands of association like regulation of SBM employees in the state, removal of joint account system of employees etc.
