ITANAGAR, Jun 11:In a memorandum submitted to Commissioner, Power, the All Arunachal Pradesh Unemployed Youth Association drew his attention towards illegal appointment of eight numbers of Non-APST as casual labourers under Namsai Electrical division.

Alleging that the appointment was made on pick and choose manner without following any recruitment code of conduct, it claimed that earlier many APST have also submitted for the posts but none were selected.

It further sought action against those involved in the illegal recruitment within 7 days.
