LEKHI, Jun 16: The Arunodaya University’s National Service Scheme (NSS) team, consisting of 14 NSS volunteers and a programme officer, participated in the National Integration Camp (NIC) organized at the Assam Kaziranga University, Jorhat, Assam from June 9 to 15 last.
The team represented Arunachal Pradesh at the camp which was sponsored by the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, and the Regional Directorate of NSS, North East Region (NER), Guwahati.
NICs are organized at different places all over the country by NSS to foster the feeling of national integration.
Over 200 NSS volunteers from 10 states across the country participated in the week-long NIC camp.
