AALO, Feb 22: Jumsi Siram of Tadin Village, West Siang District was recently honoured with the Vishwa Hindi Samman during the recently held 12th World Hindi conference held at Fiji from February 15- 17 last.
He is the first Hindi writer of Arunachal Pradesh as recognized by the Arunachal Hindi Samiti in the year 2003. Siram's literary works are Shila Ka Rahashya, Jayi Bone , Meri Awaaz Suno, Galo Lok Jeevan Evom Sanskrit and many others.
He studied up to IX standard and as a farmer he continues to write till today.
On February 21, Siram was heartily welcomed by MLBB Tadin Ome, Kombo Youth Rodin Association, All Tadin students Union , and the general public at Paktu Tinali Aalo.
