Itanagar, Feb 29: Arunachal Wushu athletes showed their brilliant performance again by bagging one gold and one bronze each in Sanda event at recently concluded 7th Federation Cup Wushu Championship held at Ranchi, Jharkhand from February 22 to 24 last.
Miss Gyamar Yatup and Miss Lucy Miuli won gold and silver each under 48kg and 52 kg category respectively in Sandaevent. Both are athletes of SAI NCOE, Chimpu (Itanagar).
They were accompanied by Umesh Kumar Yadav as Coach and Akash Varma as Manager for the tournament.
Tach Tadar, President, All Arunachal Pradesh Wushu Association (AAPWA) praised the athletes for their magnificent performance.
