ITANAGAR, Sep 19: Arunachal's Para Sportsperson, Biri Takar, won silver medal in the recently concluded BWF International Para Badminton Championship 2022 at Uganda (Africa) played from September 13-18. The event was organized by the World Para Badminton Federation.  
Takar, earlier represented India in the BWF International Para Badminton Championships in Spain and Indonesia.
The achievement of Biri Takar is a great inspiration for upcoming Paralympic/Divyangjan players of the State in near days to come, the Paralympic Association of Arunachal said.
