ITANAGAR, Oct 10: The Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR) is all set to organize the Arunachal Literature Festival -2018 from November 28-30.
The three-day event will include seminars, poetry recitation, short story reading, interactive sessions, book exhibition etc.
