ITANAGAR, Jun 16: Kaken Doyom won the bronze medal for Arunachal Pradesh in the 1st Khelo India Youth, Junior and Senior National Ranking Women Weightlifting Tournament.
She won  in the 40kg category of the Youth section in the tournament being played at the Rainbow International School, Nagrota Bagwan, Bagwan, Himachal Pradesh from June 14-22.
Other players who performed well but missed out on a medal are-- Pungni Tara in 6th place, Mercy Teli in 5th position and Techi Nadam in 9th position in their respective categories.
