Though Khandu claims "Zero Tolerance" towards corruption but he has been selective in his action; and mostly end up shielding the criminals who are deeply embedded in the system since the Congress ruled period. To the public it appears that he is on road trip to the interior border areas to inspect road projects but it is an open secret in Arunachal Pradesh that Pema Khandu is the king-pin of the syndicate that controls all the major road projects worth more than 1000.00 Crores, claimed AAC.

Further, AAC also  stated that, many letters and Memorandums with genuine public grievances have already been sent to the office of the PMO from time to time by various Civil Society Organisations without any response till date.

Rather, the complainants are rubbished away to fight it out through expensive court battles. Sustaining long legal battle in the court against the autocratic and corrupt Pema Khandu is too expensive and simply un-affordable for any sincere individual or organization.
Finding all the avenues of fighting against the misrule and misdeeds of the Chief Minister of the State closed and futile, the AAC was left with no alternative but to report the matter to you in New Delhi. We, the volunteers of AAC organized "Delhi Chalo, Padyatra", after 28 days of dharna in Itanagar, to seek your intervention to deploy Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), Enforcement Directorate (ED) and Economic Offence Wing (EOW).
The ED and EOW should investigate the money trails on how thousands of crores of centrally sponsored schemes have either been misappropriated or siphoned off or diverted. All the relevant documents of misappropriation and nepotism against  Pema Khandu are attached herewith as "Annexures" (True and Certified Copies) for favorable perusal and necessary action, stated  AAC  in the representation submitted to the President of India.
