AALO, Jul 12: The Indian Army in collaboration with West Siang District Unit of Galo Youth Organization(GYO) organised a physical training camp at Aalo Military Station which is aimed at preparing students for the physical tests in the upcoming Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board Examination. The 5-week long camp which commenced on July 7 is designed to enhance physical fitness and ensure that students succeed in their pursuit of state services careers.
With the ever increasing demand for competent individuals in various state services, it is essential for aspirants to possess the physical prowess. Recognizing this need Indian Army and Galo Youth Organisation have provide a comprehensive physical training program that will equip students with the necessary skills and stamina to excel in the physical test phase of the examination.
The training program is led by experienced and highly skilled instructors from the Indian Army.
Participants will have the opportunity to train under the guidance of these professionals, who will impart their knowledge and expertise to help students reach their peak physical performance.
Key features of the training program include physical fitness assessment, strength & endurance training, nutritional guidance and weekly mock test & evaluation.
At present 67 Boys and 70 Girls from nearby districts are undergoing training. The ongoing training camp is free of cost and open to all students who are aspiring to pursue state services careers. DIPRO
