ITANAGAR, Oct 31: One more member of the controversy riddled Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission, Tsering Naksang tendered his resignation today.
Among the four members of the commission, Major General (Retd) Ganesh Singh Bisht and Major General (Retd) Jarken Gamlin had earlier resigned on October 27 last, while Naksang is the third to do so. 
In his resignation letter addressed to Governor Brig. (Dr.) BD Mishra, Naksang said 'In view of recent unfortunate incidents that occurred during the conduction ol written examination (Mains) for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) which has deeply made a setback to the functioning and duties of the APPSC and hurt the sentiments of aspiring candidates in particular and public in general, and in view of our genuine sincerity to do whatever we can for restoration of the faith of the aspiring candidates and youth in the solemn institute of the APPSC, I am willing to tender my resignation at the altar of progress of the state which I hope will protect the sanctity of the highest recruiting Constitutional Body and help in impartial investigation into the matter.'
