ITANAGAR, Aug 18:In a representation addressed to Chief Secretary, the Arunachal Youth Organization Longding Unit has requested for cancellation of transfer order of outgoing Deputy Commissioner, Longding, Himanshu Gupta on Friday. The union lamented that people of Longding were pained to hear of the transfer order and asserted that being a newborn district, it needs a DC like him for its development.
