NEW DELHI, Jul 29:
A 9-member delegation of Arunachal Pradesh College Teachers Association (APCTA) attended the dharna at Jantar Mantar and march to Parliament on July 24 last organised by All India Federation of University and College Teachers’ Organization (AIFUCTO). It was a gathering of more than 2000 University and College teachers coming from various parts of India.
A few resolutions such as “Black Day” to be observed on August 22 next by University and College teachers of the country and thousands of teachers to assemble in Delhi for court arrest on September 5 next were adopted.
