ITANAGAR, Apr 27: The All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA) has urged the state government to transfer  Deputy Commissioner Papumpare District, Sachin Rana, claiming that he has failed to understand public sentiments over atrocity by Assam Forest official and police on the Arunachalee people settled near the boundary areas with Assam. 
Due to his incapability Papumpare district border hasn't materialize as the MoU is pending. While in process of interstate dispute case is going on to solve it out of court that the District Administration should  have good coordination among the elected leaders, officer, Panchayat leaders, CBOs, civil society, HGBs, GBs  and senior citizens, ANYA president Byabang Joram said in a press statement.
The association further said that the DC hasn't conducted such meeting among the public of the border affected areas. 
Instead of using civil society with proper co-ordination, he had used unparliamentary words against the civil society leaders of Papumpare District. He should know that in a democracy, civil society has equal role in any government activities. ANYA state unit has directed its District unit to support the demand raised by the Papumpare District Border Peoples' Forum (PPDBPF) till it is fulfilled, Joram added.
ANYA further said the state government should be ready to safeguard the life and properties of the people who are settled near the boundary area with Assam since Assam District Administration any time carries out illegal patrolling in Arunachal territory, adding that the district administration of North Lakhimpur, Assam has already set up camp at many places near the boundary areas to harass innocent public engaged in jhum cultivation in their traditional occupied areas.
