ITANAGAR, Sep 9: Reacting to the statement by Chief Minister Pema Khandu urging members of the Arunachal Against Corruption (AAC) to file case in Court instead of defaming him with false charges, President of All Nyishi Youth Association (ANYA),  Byabang Joram today dared the chief minister to recommend CBI to investigate all the corruption charges against him.
Speaking to reporters, Joram alleged that Chief Minister Pema Khandu by his position influences the Court to delay or turndown the hearing of cases against him. "As per reports, at least 23 times hearing against him has been turndown related to Swarna Jayanti Shahari Rozgar Yojana in the Supreme Court. Another PIL related to the scam worth Rs. 142 Crore under Deen Dayal Upadhyaya Gram Jyoti Yojana is pending in court. With fake bank guarantee they have siphoned crores of funds meant for the electrification of remote villages of Arunachal," he said. Joram also stated that the Court has directed the SIC to investigate coal scam in Geology and Mining Department adding 'but the SIC which is under Chief Minister Pema Khandu has become a mute spectator.'

The ANYA President threatened to file case in Lokayukta against Chief Minister Pema Khandu for allegedly swindling central funds under the Swadesh Darshan project for development of Bhalukpong-Bomdila-Tawang Circuit. He also cautioned government officials not to be a shield to such politicians and instead support them in fighting against corruption. 
"The Ministers and MLAs that are supporting the Chief Minister, crowning him as corruption-free should revisit all these corruption cases pending in the court. If really CM Pema Khandu is clean then he should summon the Cabinet and recommend for free & fair CBI inquiry on all corruption charges," Joram said.
Meanwhile, expressing concern over the involvement of the CMO in offering cash to AAC members, Joram stated “ today one of the members has surrendered the money given by former President of AAC in the Itanagar Police Station claiming that the Rs. 1 lakh cash was given to him by former members of AAC to withdraw from the foot march. Such incident proves that there is involvement of CMO and there should be a proper investigation."
