Hawai, Jan 13: The District Level Screening Committee (DLSC) meeting on VB G-RAM-G (erstwhile MGNREGA) for Anjaw district was held on Tuesday at the Deputy Commissioner’s Conference Hall in Hawai. The meeting was chaired by the Deputy Commissioner Millo Kojin.
Welcoming the members, Widat Tangjang, DD RD, highlighted that the main objective of the meeting was to discuss, determine, and finalise the Annual Action Plan (AAP) for the financial year 2026–27. She informed that the action plans were presented by the BDOs of the respective Community Development Blocks.
Addressing the gathering, the Deputy Commissioner urged all committee members to actively participate in the deliberations and contribute towards the effective finalisation of the Annual Action Plan under VB G-RAM-G. He also congratulated the newly elected ZPC and ZPMs of Anjaw district and emphasized the need for collective efforts to ensure holistic development of the district.
In line with the government timeline for VB G-RAM-G, the shelf of projects and the Annual Action Plan for FY 2026–27 presented by the BDOs were discussed in detail. After due deliberation, the plans were finalised and approved by the DLSC members.
