ITANAGAR, Oct 16: All Nyishi Youth Association(ANYA) has deferred its 12-hour October 18 bandh call after meeting with Home Minister Bamang Felix and other top officials of the state government today.
Addressing reporters here at Press Club, President ANYA Byabang Joram said that most of the demands placed by them have been fulfilled by the government. The transfer of Secretary Education is already done and on the issue of separate quota in Arunachal Pradesh Staff Selection Board (APSSB), government has agreed to create such quota for each district and on amendment  of  Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneurs and Professional Act to introduce Rs 1crore Work Order System, it has also assured to constitute a committee with the report to be placed in Assembly, it said.
“However, we will wait for responses from the government and if they fail to bring any concrete solution on Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneurs and Professional Act, we will continue our movement,” President ANYA added.
