ITANAGAR, Jun 18:Ahead of the scheduled firing practice at firing range Chimpu from June 26-29 next, the District Administration Capital Complex has issued advisory urging citizens to stay away from the venue on the particular days. Owners have also been asked to keep livestock away from the venue.
