YINGKIONG, Aug 2:The Upper Siang DC Remo Kamki in an order discouraged the public from venturing into rivers for fishing, bathing and other activities during the monsoon season. Parents have been also asked to discourage their children from bathing in rivers. The order comes close at the heels of the recent drowning of three students of JNV Geku in the Siang river.
