YINGKIONG, Aug 21:Deputy Commissioner Upper Siang, Duly Kamduk directed the DSO (Statistics) to expedite the enrolment and generation of Aadhar Card to be completed by the end of September next.

Informing that the Aadhar Card generation is 77% till August 14 last, DSO (Stat) MD Naksang however said that internet connectivity problem is posing a hurdle in early coverage.
