ZIRO, Sep 3:The Hija  Artiste  and  Literary  Forum ( HALF) in  its  9th  foundation  day   felicitated  academic  toppers  of  class  X and XII   for  the  session  2016-17.  On  the  occasion   other  distinguished  achievers  of  Hija  village  were  also  felicitated.  

Dani  Sulu,  Secretary  S&YA, Govt. of  Arunachal Pradesh  attended  the   programme  as  Special  invitees. Later, he  gave  away  the  trophy  with  citation  to  all  the  awardees.
