ITANAGAR, Dec 8: District and Session Court Yupia has granted interim bail of 20 days only to Tanyang Gaduk, one of the accused arrested by the Special Investigation Cell (SIC) in connection with the Cash for Job scam in the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC) on medical grounds on Thursday.
Speaking to the media, Advocate  K Bagra, Senior  Public Prosecutor informed that the hearing of the bail plea for six accused  Tanyang Gaduk, Thomas Gaduk, Kenjom Bagra,Iken Bagra, Kendar Bagra and  Opet MIbang was held on December 7 last, however, the decision was kept on reserve by the Court. Today, the Court has granted bail only to one accused and the bail plea of the remaining five people has been rejected.
The Court has granted bail to Tanyang Gaduk on the ground that he has some major health issues that need surgery. However, after 20 days, Court will again hear the bail plea whether to extend it or not.
