NAMSAI, Sep 20: The Namsai unit of Adi Baane Kebang (ABK) conducted a felicitation-cum-counselling programme for the students who recently cleared the CBSE and state board examinations here in Joipur.
Secretary General, ABK (Apex) Okom Yosung and DDSE Namsai KS Umbon attended as Chief Guest and Guest of Honour respectively. Circle Officer, Oyam Saring and Assistant Professor, JNC Dr. Temin Payum joined the event Resource Persons. Speaking on the occasion, ABK (Apex) Secretary General appreciated the organizing team for conducting the event to encourage the students to excel further in the coming days. “Through such counselling programmes they will get the right knowledge and direction for the future,” he said.  DDSE Namsai urged the students to be dedicated in studies and take the inputs shared by the Resource Persons during counselling.
Earlier, Organizing Chairman Kannge Ratan informed that at least 35 students from the Adi community of Namsai were felicitated on the day for clearing the CBSE/board exams with excellent percentages.
