ITANAGAR, Jul 3:Following assurance of disbursement of scholarship within this month by the Secretary of Social Justice & Empowerment and Tribal Affairs, the All Arunachal Pradesh Students’ Union (AAPSU) has appealed the students’ community to refrain from launching democratic movement. AAPSU stated that the department should make sure that the scholarship is released as there has been a hue and cry over the issue.
