ITANAGAR, Aug 27: Reiterating its demand, All Arunachal Contractors Welfare Association (AACWA) submitted a memorandum to Deputy Chief Minister cum Minister for PWD Chowna Mein seeking his intervention for modification of Arunachal Pradesh District Based Entrepreneurship and Profession Act, issuing work order below Rs 10 lakh, to abolish fixation of not to quote below 5% price bid in e-tendering by ARRDA(RWD) for PMGSY schemes  and Adoption of 2.5% Bank guarantee or performance guarantee for tribal contractors, etc.
