ITANAGAR, Sep 11: The closing ceremony of the highly anticipated 3rd State Level Judo Championship witnessed a grand culmination with distinguished guests and outstanding achievements taking centerstage. The event was held at Marik Academy, Chimpu from September 7-10 last featured Sanjeev Tana Tara, Vice chairman, Sports Authority of Arunachal as the Guest of Honour, Ha Tatu, Chief Management Director, M/s Kenge Construction Co as the chief guest.
Among the athletes, Kamdon Boi emerged as the Best Individual Men's Judo Champion, showcasing exceptional skills and determination throughout the championship. Gegul Goi, equally impressive, secured the title of Best Female Judo individual champion, earning recognition for her remarkable performance.
Among 127 judokas From 12 District Tagru Taluk(men) and Kesang Cheren Naksan (women)emerge as the best player.
In the team category, Tirap Judo Team displayed remarkable teamwork and prowess, clinching the coveted title of Team Champion and Kra Daadi lift the runners up trophy. Their collective efforts and sportsmanship were truly commendable.
