ITANAGAR, Mar 7: The mini-secretariat building is expected to be handed over to the District Administration, Capital Complex by December next. This was informed when Deputy Commissioner, Itanagar Capital Complex, Prince Dhawan today visited the construction site at old DC office Naharlagun to review the progress of the works. He further visited Rakap colony near A-sector, Naharlagun to inspect the condition of approach road from NH-415 to Rakap Colony. On inspection it was found that the said road is in very bad condition and the DC promised to construct a new Concrete Pavement from the DC’s Untied Fund. Ward No. 27 Councillor Taba Takia was also present with local residents of the colony.
