ITANAGAR, Sep 4 : The Begam Ao Welfare Society (BAWS) has expressed its heartfelt gratitude to Chief Minister Pema Khandu for appointing Major General Jarken Gamlin, AVSM, SM, VSM (Retd.), as the State Chief Information Commissioner of Arunachal Pradesh.
