AALO, Mar 8: The West Siang administration today held a review meeting on Trans Arunachal Highway, double lane from Aalo-Bam and Aalo-Mechuka road with the BRTF and other executing firms  and took stock of the progress of work, shifting of utilities and law and order problem in all ongoing road works in the district on Tuesday.

Chairing the meeting, Deputy Commissioner Gamli Padu said that the road has been handed over to Ministry of Highway onNovember 13 last and almost all utilities have been shifted and works should go smoothly so that commuters do not face any problems. The DC wanted the concessionaire and BRTF to spell out their problems clearly so that administration and police can take action on any law and order problem and obstructions to construction agencies.

ADC Kamba, Superintendent of Police, DFO, EE Power, Basar and Aalo Division, representatives from other departments also took part in the deliberations. DIPRO
