ITANAGAR, May 29: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Capital Unit has hailed the move of the district administration in particular, Deputy Commissioner Prince Dhawan for prohibiting slaughterhouses and meat shops illegally erected alongside the NH-415 under the capital complex.
Terming the “development” as one of the long felt demands of general public of twin city, President, BJP-CU, Tarh Soping appealed to the public to wholeheartedly support the endeavour and requested the administration as well as police to immediately identify the left out illegal slaughter houses and initiate necessary action against them.
Meanwhile, the BJP-CU also lauded the capital police for cracking the recent sensational case of broad daylight extortion attempt at the office of Director, Audit &Pension Naharlagun.
