ZIRO, Mar 16: District Magistrate, Lower Subansiri, Kemo Lollen has issued prohibitory orders declaring the 12 hours bandh call by the All Lower Subansiri District Youth Association on March17 as illegal. The order also stated that any damages or destruction to public or private properties shall be recovered from the bandh callers. All business establishments and markets within Lower Subansiri have been directed to remain open failing which their trading license will be liable to be suspended.
